Azabu-Juban apartment stay guide
Azabu-Juban is a residential neighborhood in Minato-ku with an old shopping street at its center, wedged between Roppongi on one side and Tokyo Tower on the other. SLL Urban Suites Azabu Juban is a one-bedroom apartment one minute from the station, renovated in January 2025, built for people who want to walk to dinner and sleep in a real bedroom.
Where Azabu-Juban is: one stop to Roppongi and Akabanebashi (Tokyo Tower)
On the Toei Oedo Line, Roppongi is one stop (about 2 minutes) in one direction and Akabanebashi — the station for Tokyo Tower — one stop (about 2 minutes) in the other, both without changing trains. Tokyo Tower is also walkable in about 20 minutes, and Roppongi Hills and Azabudai Hills are within walking distance. Shinjuku is about 12 minutes on the Oedo Line to Shinjuku-nishiguchi, again with no transfer.
One minute from the station, on two subway lines
Azabu-Juban Station is served by the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line and the Toei Oedo Line. Use exits 5a or 5b (stairs or escalator; there is also an elevator to street level), cross at the crosswalk and turn left. The apartment is room 302 on the third floor of a building with a ramen shop on the ground floor, reached by elevator. From Haneda Airport it is about 40 minutes by train or 25 minutes by taxi (about 12 km); from Narita about 80–100 minutes by train.
The apartment: 32 m², renovated in January 2025, full kitchen and bathtub
A separate bedroom, a full kitchen with fridge and microwave, a bathtub, a washing machine and a dryer, in 32 m². One semi-double bed, one single and a sofa bed sleep up to 3 guests, plus one infant in a cot; a baby cot and high chair are available on request. The apartment faces a main road, so the windows are double-glazed to keep it quiet. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a clothes iron and a vacuum are included, and check-in is by smart lock.
Shopping street, supermarkets and a park for children
Convenience stores are under the building and across the street, within a minute. A supermarket is across the road, and two organic supermarkets are within walking distance, as is a drugstore. The Azabu-Juban shopping street runs from long-established Japanese sweet shops to cafés and restaurants, all on foot. For children, Ichinohashi Park is a short walk from the door.
Who it suits: couples, a family with an infant, longer stays
This is a quiet, well-equipped apartment for two adults, or two adults with a small child or an infant. The full kitchen, washing machine and dryer make a week or more straightforward, and the cot and high chair remove the usual baby-gear problem. If you are a group of four or more, or need two or three bedrooms, SLL Urban Suites Ebisu is the better fit.

Two subway lines, one stop to Roppongi and a connection to Hiroo
Azabu-Juban Station serves the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line and Toei Oedo Line. Roppongi is one stop on the Oedo Line; change there to the Hibiya Line for Hiroo, the next stop toward Naka-meguro. Akabanebashi, for Tokyo Tower, is one stop in the other direction on the Oedo Line. The apartment is in Azabu-Juban, so journeys to Roppongi and Hiroo start from this neighbourhood.
