The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of a building in Ebisu are all separate floors, each measuring approximately 70 square meters. If you book two or three floors together, up to 16 guests can stay together. The entire reservation and payment process is completed in a single transaction.
The 2nd and 4th floors each have 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests; the 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Combined, the three floors offer 7 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16 guests.
Even on days when we go our separate ways, we go at our own pace.
You’ll unlock the door using your smartphone, not a physical key. Since there’s no need to hand the key over to anyone, even on days when your group splits up, everyone can return to the room at their own convenience.
Ensure there is ample space on each floor.
Each floor is equipped with a kitchen, a washer-dryer, a crib, and a high chair for children.
Please take your luggage in the elevator.
There is a small residential elevator (with a capacity of up to 200 kg) inside the building. If you have a lot of luggage, please carry it in several trips.

Stay on a quiet residential street in Shibuya-ku, within central Tokyo. JR Ebisu Station is about 10 minutes on foot: the Yamanote Line connects you to Shibuya, Harajuku and Shinjuku. Hiroo Station is about 13 minutes on foot, with the Hibiya Line serving Roppongi. Back at the suite, a small home elevator serves the floors. Each floor has a baby cot and high chair, so families with children can settle in alongside friends and couples travelling together.
