Cancellation Policy

  1. Free cancellation until 23:59 Japan Standard Time (JST) 28 days before check-in. Any accommodation fee already paid will be fully refunded.
  2. From 00:00 JST 27 days before check-in: a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount (including accommodation, cleaning fees, consumption tax and accommodation tax) applies. This amount is non-refundable.
  3. No-show (failure to arrive without cancellation): 100% of the total booking amount (including accommodation, cleaning fees, consumption tax and accommodation tax; non-refundable).
  4. No refunds will be issued after the stay. Payment is credit card prepayment processed securely by Stripe on the booking page. If a charge appears despite a failed booking, please email us.
